Conventional motor oil is all that is called for with the 5.7 HEMI but FCA wants you to use a brand that has their MS-6395 rating. Pennzoil, Valvoline & Quaker State all have this rating.
For myself I own a 2015 Challenger R/T Plus, 5.7L HEMI with an 8 speed automatic transmission, which came stock with a 3.07 open differential, 20" x 8" rims all around and 245/45/R20 tires.
