For an SUV, they drive nice and the 3.0L TDI is a sweetheart of an engine for power and fuel economy, especially moving something as heavy as the T'reg (they are NOT exactly lightweight). There are certainly less costly vehicles in that class to own for sure. I guess it just depends on what is most important to you.
